• Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Customers are responsible for arranging return shipments unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credit.
