Refund and Returns Policy
At Vynda, we’re committed to making sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our returns and refund process is simple and transparent.
Returns:
We accept returns within 1 day from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The product should be in saleable condition, free from stains, damage, or odors.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@vynda.com with your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return address details.
- We currently follow a self-ship policy — you will need to arrange shipment of the return at your cost (unless the return is for a defective or wrong item).
- Please ensure the package is securely packed and shipped via a reliable courier service with tracking.
- Share the tracking details with us after dispatch to help us process your return smoothly.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective item, wrong product received, or size issue, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other reasons (like change of mind or dislike), a flat return shipping fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your refund.
- If you choose to self-ship, please share the tracking details with us after dispatch.
Refunds:
- Once the returned item is received and passes our inspection, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) and COD handling charges are non-refundable.
- If the return fails our quality check, the item will be sent back to you at your cost, and no refund will be issued.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued as a store credit/gift voucher valid for future purchases.
- Store credits are typically issued within 3–5 business days after return approval.
- COD handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Defective or damaged products (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
To request an exchange, please follow the return initiation steps. For faster processing, we recommend returning the item for a refund/store credit and placing a new order for your desired size/product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products on Final Sale or Clearance
- Items marked as Non-Returnable on the product page
- Items considered hygiene-sensitive
Important Notes:
- Please dispatch the return within 3 days of receiving instructions.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage during return transit.
- Returns that do not meet the policy will be rejected and returned at your expense.
